- Layout, plan, install, maintain and inspect complicated plumbing and pipe fitting work—including steam, gas, air, water, vacuum systems, hydraulic equipment, hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen lines—according to drawings, instructions, codes and other specifications, often with or without assistance from other plumbers or pipe fitters.
- Maintain quality workmanship with unwavering attention to task at all times.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- This role starts at $40/hr.
- This role operates on 1st Shift.
- Massachusetts Journeymen Plumbing License.
- High school diploma or equivalent education (GED).
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and diagrams.
- Ability to lift, move and/or manipulate fixtures and component hardware up to 40 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Ability to work in confined areas, off ladders, platforms, and at heights.
- Massachusetts Pipe fitters Journeymen License.
- 3 years of experience as a plumber in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of safety rules in an industrial setting.
- Ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues and problems.
- Ability to work with customers.
- Ability to adapt to new methods and/or customer satisfaction.
- Ability to use basic tools and machinery.
- Ability to schedule, plan and order materials for jobs.
- Experience with computers preferred.
- Must display good written and oral communication skills.
The pay for this position is $40/hr this posting is expected to close on 12/31/2026.
