Manufacturing ​/ Production Technician, General Labor

Verdantas is seeking a driven Technician I for our Calibration Team located in Holden, Mass
.

• Assemble and disassemble pipe configurations for testing
• Ensure accurate alignment and secure connections
• Support testing technicians by preparing the physical setup for calibration runs
• Assist with forklift operations to move pipe sections and load/unload trucks
• Unpack and repack pipe sections for shipment
• Use basic hand tools
• Perform general facility mechanical maintenance
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with team members to complete work efficiently and effectively

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical capability to lift and move up to 40 lbs safely
• Mechanical aptitude with experience using basic hand tools and performing facility maintenance
• Attention to detail for precise pipe assembly, alignment, and secure connections
• Problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot and adapt to varied pipe sizes and layouts
• Forklift experience or willingness to learn for moving pipe sections and freight
• Team-oriented mindset to support calibration technicians and collaborate effectively
• Reliability and safety awareness in handling equipment and maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Starting at $24.00 / hr
