Bulk Filling Machine Operator

Position Details

Bulk Filling Machine Operator – Lynn, MA (Full‑time, 3rd Shift: 11:00PM – 7:00AM)

Ensure continuous and efficient operation of the production line to meet customer requirements in accordance with Safety, Sanitation, Quality, Quantity, and Cost (SSQQC) standards.

• Adhere to safe working practices at all times.
• Follow HACCP rules to the letter.
• Operate machines according to recipes and orders, following paperwork.
• Inspect machine functionality; report issues to supervisor or maintenance.
• Use correct cups and sizes for each customer and product type.
• Perform daily checks of the area for non‑compliance; report findings.
• Ensure finished products conform to specifications.
• Manufacture quality products efficiently within time and quantity parameters.
• Follow company GMPs.
• Maintain a clean and tidy production area at all times.
• Report downtime to maintenance promptly.
• Communicate and update all relevant parties on issues or changes (e.g., low yields).
• Monitor and manage waste.
• Manage inventory of materials such as cups, film, etc.
• Follow instructions from supervisors.
• Perform any other tasks reasonably requested by management.

• Ability to work all scheduled shifts on time.
• Availability to work weekends as requested.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for a team environment.
• Proven track record of safe working practices.
• Manufacturing experience preferred (preferably in the food industry).
• Experience working in temperature‑controlled settings.
• Experience with perishable items.
• Experience operating filling machinery (minimum 2 years).
• Training provided if preferred experience is lacking.

• Ability to interact and communicate with supervisors and team members.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Passion for food and high quality.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Numeracy skills.
• Bi‑lingual preferred.

Base pay range: $20.00–$22.00 per hour plus shift differential. The role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and a discretionary bonus program up to 5% annually. Pay is determined by qualifications, experience, and performance.
