Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
To ensure continuous and efficient cleaning of the factory and its machinery in accordance with Safety, Sanitation, Quality, Quantity and Cost (SSQQC).
Duties and Responsibilities- Always adhere to safe working practices
- Perform daily checks of area for non‑compliance and report them to your manager
- Follow the company GMP’s
- Dis‑assemble and re‑assemble production equipment
- Clean production equipment
- Ensure correct PPE is always worn
- Safe use of chemicals
- Always ensure clean and tidy areas
- Assist QA with pre‑op release of factory
- Communicate and update all relevant parties of any issues or changes
- Take instructions from supervisors
- Any other tasks deemed reasonable and requested by management
- Able to interact and communicate with supervisors and team members
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Pay Range and BenefitsThe Sanitation Associate base pay range is $16.50 USD per hour. The salary range represents Kettle Cuisine’s good faith estimate for this position and represents the minimum and maximum for new hire salaries for the Lynn, MA location only. Ranges will be reviewed regularly. An employee’s rate of pay within the range is determined by their qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated performance.
The Sanitation Associate position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and a discretionary bonus program up to 5%.
