Machine Operator

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator III to join a fast‑paced manufacturing team producing corrugated packaging products. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in high‑speed production environments who are looking to grow their skills operating advanced machinery.

You will be trained to operate corrugator and converting equipment, perform routine maintenance, and ensure high‑quality production output.

• Operate corrugator and converting machines to produce corrugated packaging products
• Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications and quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on equipment
• Inspect finished products for defects and take corrective action when needed
• Read and use a tape measure to verify dimensions and product quality
• Maintain consistent production output in a high‑speed environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards
• Assist with material handling, machine operation, and training/mentoring new team members

• Experience in a high‑speed, high‑volume manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and understand basic English
• Strong attention to detail and quality inspection skills
• Ability to read a tape measure and identify product defects
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation and maintenance
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends as needed

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment (heat, cold, noise)
• Ability to work extended shifts (up to 12 hours when required)
