Marketing Technologist

The Opportunity Flywire is building an AI-native commercial organization where automation, agents, and connected systems power how marketing operates. This role sits at the center of that shift. You will own how we identify and eliminate manual work across marketing, and replace it with scalable, intelligent systems that improve speed, output, and business impact. This is a builder role with high autonomy and visibility, focused on turning fragmented workflows into structured, AI-driven infrastructure that directly supports pipeline and revenue.

• Identify manual, repetitive workflows across marketing and replace them with AI-driven solutions
• Build and deploy agentic workflows across content, segmentation, reporting, and lead enrichment
• Design connected systems and data pipelines that surface insights automatically
• Create a centralized, AI-queryable knowledge foundation across product, personas, and market intelligence
• Automate campaign reporting, post-event analysis, and ongoing performance insights
• Partner cross-functionally to connect data, systems, and workflows across Product, Sales, Rev Ops, and Marketing
• Build the technical foundation that improves Flywire’s discoverability in AI-driven search environments
