Job Description:
As a Travel Med Surg/Tele RN, you will provide care for patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions, while also monitoring and managing telemetry patients.
Your role will include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients in both medical-surgical and telemetry settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Interpret telemetry data and respond to abnormalities
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans
- Provide support and respond to patient needs promptly
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Med Surg and Telemetry
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and munication skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
- Willingness to travel
