Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Lynn, Massachusetts.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• PACE Registered Nurse role supporting older adults across outpatient and community-based care settings

• Opportunity to provide direct nursing care, complete assessments, and develop individualized care plans promoting patient independence

SCHEDULE

• Monday-Friday schedule

• 8:00 AM-4:00 PM hours

• No weekends

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base salary: $80,000-$104,000 annually based on experience

• Health insurance with 75% employer-paid premium

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide direct nursing care to geriatric patient population

• Complete initial and ongoing patient assessments

• Develop individualized patient care plans

• Support patient independence and safe community living

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care team

• Deliver care within outpatient and community-based settings

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license REQUIRED

• Minimum 2 years recent RN experience REQUIRED

• Primary care or geriatrics experience preferred
