CLIENT SERVICES NURSE MANAGER
Life Path is a mission-driven, collaborative, and community-focused human services agency seeking to hire a Client Services Nurse Manager. This role is responsible for the administrative and clinical oversight of programs that complete assessments and redeterminations for individuals seeking a variety of community-based programs as well as eligibility for skilled nursing facilities.
The Client Services Nurse Manager directly supervises the Home Care nurses and serves as a resource for all Client Services programs, including Adult Family Care (AFC) and Personal Care Attendant (PCA). The Client Services Nurse Manager participates as an active member of the interdisciplinary case management and coordinates nursing teams across the agency.
The Client Services Nurse Manager is a full-time (35 hr/wk), hybrid role based in Greenfield, starting pay is $70k - $75k, with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, HRA, FSA, EAP, and generous paid time off.
QUALIFICATIONSRegistered Nurse with valid, current Massachusetts RN license. BSN from an accredited nursing school and three years clinical experience in a community setting or long-term care setting and at least one year of supervisory, administrative or managerial experience.

Intermediate to advanced practical application of MS Word, Excel, and Google suite skills. Competence in virtual platforms such as Zoom/Google Meet and advanced ability to manage electronic databases and other electronic platforms.
