RN Salary: $100,000 - $106,000 per year

Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead an assigned nursing unit and make a direct impact on the care of our residents.

This is a hands‑on nursing leadership position for an RN who enjoys supporting a team, making clinical decisions, and staying involved in resident care. You'll work closely with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team to maintain high standards of care and help your unit run successfully.

• Lead and oversee the daily clinical operations of your assigned nursing unit.
• Supervise, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Complete resident assessments and clinical documentation.
• Investigate resident accidents and incidents and follow through on resolutions.
• Update and maintain resident care plans.
• Conduct wound rounds and provide wound care treatments.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support quality resident care.

• Active Massachusetts RN license required.
• Long‑term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
