Store Manager: Brookline

Overview

Do you want to have fun running your own Warhammer store? Are you passionate about growing the Warhammer hobby in your local area and providing hands‑on hobby guidance to all of those who want to discover, explore, and learn about the worlds of Warhammer? This role will be responsible for leading customers through a memorable experience, creating a welcoming environment, and making decisions to sustainably grow the store.

• Provide engaging hobby activities and support to customers.
• Lead customers through a positive store experience.
• Make decisions that sustainably grow the store.
• Interact with customers to understand and prioritize their needs.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Energy, drive, tenacity, and enthusiasm for the Warhammer hobby.
• Willingness to learn and apply store management practices.

At Games Workshop we believe that your attitude and behavior determine the success of the store. While extensive retail experience is not mandatory, we provide tailored training and ongoing support to all staff, especially new managers.

Salary: $50,000 per year.
