The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Hourly Wage: $21.5 - $34.5 per/hour
. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, and multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom and must be able to lift objects in excess of 50 pounds. Operation of heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
