Summary
Guide and inspire customers by providing gracious service, fashion guidance, and product knowledge. Build lasting relationships with customers in store and online while delivering a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
Responsibilities- Create seamless and enjoyable in-store and online customer experiences.
- Drive sales and cultivate client relationships using technology.
- Share loyalty programs and support customers throughout their shopping experience.
- Maintain merchandising standards, store fulfillment, and floor and fitting room upkeep.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to interpret instructional documents and follow procedures.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
- Comfort using computers, handheld equipment, and cash registers.
