Remote (New England region: MA, CT, RI, ME, NH) | Salary: $125,000 – $160,000 + Uncapped Commissions + Bonus (1st yr OTE $145k – $210k)

M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET | Travel: ~2 days/month for trade shows & client meetings

Overview

Our client, in the Commercial Insurance Industry, is seeking an experienced Remote Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across the New England region. This is a rare chance to take full ownership of a high-potential territory, build deep broker relationships, and lay the groundwork for a future regional office. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, following up on marketing-qualified leads, and actively pursuing new business opportunities.

With the backing of an established company and the autonomy to run your territory like your own business, you'll play a key role in shaping the company's regional expansion.

This position offers a clear path to leadership, with the opportunity to grow into a Managing Producer role and eventually build and lead a local team.

Responsibilities
  • Build and expand the New England territory for commercial lines business
  • Develop strong relationships with retail brokers in target industries
  • Prospect for new clients using your network and strategic outreach
  • Manage the full policy lifecycle from quoting to binding
  • Resolve policy binding issues promptly and effectively
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads while sourcing your own
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish and grow a future New England office
  • Mentor and help onboard future team members as the office develops
Qualifications
  • Property & Casualty Producer’s license required
  • 4+ years of insurance experience required
