Turn Your Passion for Fitness Into a Career

TITLE Boxing Club Watertown is looking for an energetic, sales-driven fitness professional to join our team as a Full-Time Fitness Sales & Boxing Coach
.

This is not strictly a coaching position or a front-desk position. It is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, following up with prospective members, closing membership sales, and bringing positive energy to the coaching floor.

The right candidate will be comfortable working toward measurable sales goals while creating an outstanding experience for every guest and member. You should be confident starting conversations, asking for the sale, motivating a room, and helping people become stronger and more confident.

Boxing or group-fitness experience is preferred, but personality, work ethic, coachability, and the ability to connect with people are equally important.

What You’ll Do
  • Membership Sales and Business Development
  • Respond quickly and professionally to new membership leads by phone, text, email, and in person.
  • Schedule prospective members for trial classes, and club visits.
  • Build relationships with guests, identify their goals, recommend the appropriate membership or training option.
  • Conduct club tours and deliver an organized, welcoming first-visit experience.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads who have not yet enrolled.
  • Meet or exceed individual and club membership, appointment, conversion, and revenue goals.
  • Generate referrals from current members and participate in local partnerships, promotions, and community events.
  • Promote memberships, private training, small-group training, retail products, and club programs.
  • Keep accurate notes and activity records in the club’s lead-management and member-management systems.
Coaching and Member Engagement
  • Lead safe, energetic, and motivating boxing-inspired fitness classes.
  • Demonstrate proper punching technique, footwork, movement, and exercise form.
  • Provide clear instruction and modifications for members with different fitness levels and abilities.
  • Create an inclusive environment where new members feel comfortable and experienced members continue to feel challenged.
  • Engage with members before and after class, learn their goals, and help them remain accountable.
  • Conduct private training, or small-group training based on experience and club needs.
  • Follow TITLE Boxing Club programming, safety standards, and coaching expectations.
  • Continue developing your boxing, fitness, communication, and coaching skills through ongoing training and feedback.
Member Experience and Club Operations
  • Greet every guest and member with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Assist with member check-in, account questions, scheduling, merchandise purchases, and general club needs.
  • Build strong member relationships that support satisfaction, referrals, and retention.
  • Help resolve member concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Support opening and closing procedures as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming club environment.
  • Set up, reset, sanitize, and properly store equipment.
  • Assist with member events, promotional campaigns, challenges, and community outreach.
  • Work collaboratively with club leadership and the rest of the coaching and sales team.
What We’re Looking For
  • An outgoing, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
  • A genuine passion for helping people improve their health, confidence, and fitness.
  • Comfort with outbound phone calls, text follow-up, appointment setting, and face-to-face sales.
  • The ability to ask questions, understand a prospective member’s goals, overcome objections, and close a sale.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer-service skills.
  • A motivating presence and the confidence to lead a group.
  • Reliability, professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage several responsibilities in a fast-paced fitness environment.
  • A team-first attitude and…
