POAH Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service Chestnut Gardens and Olympia Square in Lynn, MA. This hands‑on role focuses on safe maintenance, make‑ready repairs, and adherence to EPA/OSHA rules across both properties.
Required:
at least 1 year in apartment maintenance, high‑school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and weekend/on‑call availability. HVAC certification preferred; valid vehicle insurance may be required.
