Merrimack College in North Andover, MA, is seeking a Building Maintenance worker to perform journeyman-level repairs across campus facilities. You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and locksmith tasks while supporting event setups and daily operations.
Under supervision of the Facilities and Grounds Manager, you will respond to routine and emergency maintenance requests, read blueprints, maintain logbooks, and help keep the campus safe, clean, and well-maintained for students,
