Eliot's Community Service Agency (CSA) is seeking a Family Partner to support youth and families with behavioral health needs within the CSA/CBHC continuum. You will collaborate with the CSA team, families, and service providers to set concrete ICP-related goals and help families access community resources.
The ideal candidate is a parent or caregiver of a youth with special needs, brings strong advocacy and communication skills, and can navigate child/family service systems.
