Recovery Specialist – Addiction Treatment Services

• Ensuring the safety and structure of the program milieu by monitoring client activities.
• Observes and supervises clients and unit; conducts 30 minute client well-being checks.
• Conducts telephone admission screenings as well as other admissions duties.
• Searches client belongings on admission and at discharge, or as otherwise directed by supervisor.
• Completes all necessary checklists, shift documentation and record keeping in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Experience working with substance use population is preferred
• Valid MA Driver’s License in good standing preferred

Demonstrates the ability to ensure client safety and well-being through effective supervision and monitoring. Proficient in conducting admissions processes and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with agency policies.
