School Occupational Therapist - Lynn, Massachusetts

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a school-based Occupational Therapist, serving students in grades K-8 in the Mattapan, MA area. With a flexible three-day workweek (24 hours weekly), youll have the chance to make a difference over the course of the school year, from August 19, 2026, to June 18, 2027.

• Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapy License (MA OT)
• Experience in school-based OT strongly preferred
• Familiarity with K-8 developmental stages and educational environments
• Knowledge of individualized education programs (IEPs) and goal setting for students
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

• Conduct assessments and develop interventions for K-8 students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Provide both direct and consultative OT services in classroom and individual settings
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student progress monitoring
