ROCA is seeking a Youth Worker to engage 25 highly at-risk young adults through relationship-building and targeted programming across communities it serves. You will report to the Assistant Director and collaborate with staff, supervisors, and partner agencies to steer youth toward economic independence and staying out of harm's way.
The ideal candidate has a BA or equivalent experience, strong CBT knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work with diverse youth.
