Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for its Community Behavioral Health Center’s Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention (YMCI) team in Lynn, MA.
You will lead a 24/7 mobile crisis response for youth and families, ensuring a strengths-based, child-centered approach in the least restrictive setting. You will supervise Masters and Bachelor’s level clinicians and Family Partners, coordinate with community providers, and ensure integrated entry points for youth services.
