Execute software and system testing activities to support product quality and reliability.
Document test results, observations, and identified issues using established processes and tools.
Verify that software functionality meets defined requirements and expected behavior.
Investigate, reproduce, and document defects to support troubleshooting and resolution.
Participate in development team activities, planning discussions, reviews, and issue resolution.
Support automated and manual testing activities as needed.
Develop and maintain test cases and contribute to expanding overall test coverage.
Maintain appropriate relationships between requirements, test activities, and results.
Configure and maintain testing environments and supporting systems.
Support product releases, updates, regression testing, and verification activities.
Assist with investigation and reproduction of issues identified during product use or testing.
Review technical and product documentation to identify appropriate testing and verification needs.
Communicate testing status, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
Follow established quality, documentation, and development processes.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software testing, quality assurance, systems engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and document software and system testing activities.
Experience identifying, documenting, prioritizing, and monitoring defects through resolution using tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or comparable platforms.
Working knowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycle processes, with exposure to Agile environments.
Background testing software applications, embedded products, integrated systems, instrumentation, or other technology that combines hardware and software components.
Experience supporting testing activities for products developed within regulated, quality-controlled, or compliance-driven environments.
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks, test utilities, scripting, or other methods used to improve testing efficiency.
Experience evaluating connected or network-enabled systems and troubleshooting interactions between software, hardware, and supporting components.
Understanding of software quality and regulatory principles, with knowledge of standards or guidance such as IEC 62304, ISO 13485, FDA software guidance, or comparable frameworks considered beneficial.
