CDL A Drivers Run Flatbed Home Weekends - Will Train Securement
Types: OTR Flatbed
Job OverviewLooking for Class A drivers with flatbed experience or those who need training in flatbed securement. Drivers work Mon‑Fri/Sat with a minimum of 34 hours of rest each week and get home every weekend. All drivers start at 27% of the load and average $1450–$1600 per week.
Compensation & Schedule- Start at 27% of load.
- Average weekly pay $1450–$1600.
- Minimum of 34 hours of rest each week.
- Five‑state coverage around your domicile location.
- Full benefits begin the first of the month after 30 days of employment.
- Benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), and more.
- Riders and pets are welcome at no charge (unless training required before truck assignment).
- Trucks no more than three years old, assigned to driver (Cascadias and T680s, all automatic). Trucks may be taken home.
- Experienced flatbed drivers (see below training criteria) with five or fewer jobs in the last three years qualify for a $5000 bonus: $1500 on first load dropped, $1500 at 180 days, $2000 at one year.
- To qualify as an experienced flatbed driver, you must have either:
- One full year of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in any type of trailer 48 or longer, plus 6 months of that being verifiable Class A regional or OTR flatbed in the last three years.
- 9 months of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional Flatbed experience in the last three years.
- To qualify to train in flatbed securement, you must have one full year of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last three years.
- No more than 6 Class A driving jobs in the last three years.
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last three years; if you have a major moving violation you may not have any other moving violations in the last three years.
- You may have one DOT Preventable Recordable accident in the year as long as no fatality or injury.
- You may not have been terminated from most recent job for safety reasons.
- No felonies in the last 7 years and may not have any pending charges.
- No misdemeanors in the last 3 years.
