Shipper ERP System - $23.00 per hour (JN - Lynn, Massachusetts

Salary: USD 23 per hour

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. or 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Shipper with strong UPS, Fed Ex, and ERP shipping software experience. This role is a key part of a small, fast-moving department and requires someone who takes initiative, stays positive, and is willing to help where needed during downtime. You’ll be responsible for preparing, packing, labeling, and shipping products while maintaining accurate tracking and inventory records within our ERP system.

• Process outbound shipments using UPS and Fed Ex shipping software
• Decide the best shipping method based on product and destination
• Build pallets and ensure proper stacking, balancing, and labeling
• Box and pack products safely and efficiently
• Physically unload containers and remove product as it arrives
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Enter tracking numbers and shipment details into ERP systems
• Pick orders and prepare Bills of Lading
• Handle shipping issues, including communicating with carriers and customers to resolve concerns
• Assist with other tasks during downtime as needed

• Prior experience with UPS, Fed Ex, and ERP shipping software
• SAP experience is a major plus
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs. and perform hands-on warehouse work
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Willingness to learn and help beyond assigned tasks
