- Coordinate day-to-day material movement activities, including receiving, shipping, storage, and internal distribution.
- Process incoming deliveries, inspecting shipments for quantity, condition, and potential damage.
- Review purchase orders, packing lists, and related documentation to ensure received materials match established requirements.
- Assist with inventory control through routine cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and stock verification.
- Properly identify, label, store, and distribute materials according to established procedures and operational requirements.
- Keep warehouse and storage areas orderly, clean, and maintained in a state of readiness for internal and external inspections.
- Work closely with Operations and Quality Assurance to verify that incoming materials are appropriately reviewed and released for use.
- Complete additional material management and departmental activities as needed.
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, materials management, shipping/receiving, or inventory control; experience in a cGMP, pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other regulated setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with cGMP material handling and storage practices, including the segregation and control of Quarantine, Released, and Rejected materials, preferred.
