Wire & Disbursement Specialist​/Real Estate Paralegal

We are a busy and growing real estate lalow office based in Lynnfield, MA, with a team of professionals. We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Post-Closing Paralegal to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and completion of all post-closing financial and legal processes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling post-closing procedures in residential real estate transactions, with a strong focus on financial accuracy and compliance. This role requires someone who is meticulous, highly organized, and confident managing sensitive financial transactions.

• Manage all aspects of the financial post-closing process for residential real estate transactions
• Send, receive, and verify wire transfers with absolute accuracy
• Reconcile and confirm all incoming and outgoing funds
• Prepare and issue checks as needed for files
• Balance files and ensure all financials are accurate and complete
• Review and work with HUD-1 Settlement Statements and Closing Disclosures (CDs)
• Communicate with lenders, clients, and internal staff regarding post-closing matters
• Maintain organized and audit-ready files
• Prepare, review, and finalize post-closing files

• Minimum 5+ years of real estate paralegal experience
• Working knowledge of Qualia is a +
• Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and closing processes
• Extensive experience handling wire transfers and financial reconciliation
• Familiarity with HUDs and Closing Disclosures (CDs)
• Exceptional attention to detail — especially with financial data
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
