HVAC Equipment Commissioning Manager

Equipment Customer Manager (EqCM) – Drive service excellence for Equipment North America customers.

• Partner with SAEs during estimating to define service scope and support custom service quoting.
• Coordinate technician readiness, training needs, and startup execution.
• Lead service turnover meetings and maintain clear communication across SAEs, BOMs, CRCs, and customers.
• Ensure accurate asset setup, warranty validation, and timely invoicing.
• Serve as the primary contact for warranty requests and escalations to keep work on track.
• Introduce Connected Services and support customers with technical and service-related needs.

• 10+ years of industry experience or a technical engineering/construction degree.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working in a technical environment.

• BA in Engineering or Construction.
• HVAC equipment knowledge.
• Advanced MS Office skills.

Hiring Compensation Range:  – USD Annual. (Annual rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
