Location: Market Street - Lynnfield, MA

Job Type: Part-time

Overall Compensation: $23/hr

Schedule / Availability:

• Must be available for 3 shifts:
  Friday/Saturday/Sunday with one weekday (Mon‑Thur) available;
  Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday; or Monday/Wednesday/Saturday.
• Must work 20‑29 hours during Clinic Operating Hours. Must be able to work 5 or 8 hour shift with at least 1 day per week; can flex to additional shifts as needed. Must commit to a schedule 60 days in advance.

Ability to Commute / Cover Other Clinics: Reliably commute to home clinic and travel to other clinics for coverage as needed.

Environmental Conditions:

• Walk short distances and stand for extended periods of time.
• Lift and carry inventory and clinic equipment up to 25 lbs.
• Frequently talk and listen to clients in person and on phone.
• Operate standard office equipment including phones, keyboards, computers, and touch screen devices.
• Vision: close vision, depth perception, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Reports To: Clinic Manager

• Proven retail experience, preferably within skincare and/or aesthetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience, including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software;
  Zenoti experience is a plus.

• Two (2) years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred.
• Prioritizes customer service and has exceptional communication skills.
• Proficient in problem solving and finding creative solutions.
• Creates a comfortable atmosphere for clients and team members.
• Attentive and a good listener.
• Detail oriented in following company and safety protocols.
• Prioritizes client safety and customer service, and can make clinical decisions when appropriate.
• Goal‑oriented and self‑motivated to achieve and exceed company benchmarks.

• Comfortable and respectful in conflict management with clients and team members.

• Creating curated client experiences.
