Chase - 200;220;230;240;245;250 Market Street - Responsibilities:
Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby traffic using a tablet;
Provide account servicing and maintenance and assist with opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulations;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options such as Chase Mobile App and ATMs;
Build relationships with clients through active listening and collaboration with branch team members;
Perform branch operations including handling cash devices such as the cash vault or ATMs in accordance with bank procedures
