Job Summary
- We have an opening for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA). Under the supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health, the psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP)/Physician Assistant, in collaboration with the supervising psychiatrist, will provide continuing and comprehensive health care for the individual and family across all ages and genders. The PMHNP/Physician Assistant will provide direct clinical service to patients, provide clinical supervision to interns and staff, be involved in quality improvement activities, other administrative activities, and help to develop programming as needed.

Care may be delivered at any locations or virtually via tele-health. As a team member at our health center, you will work with staff who are racially, ethnically and culturally diverse, so being culturally competent is required. A sense of humor is also very important!

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Nursing with certification as a PMHNP or graduate of a certified Physician Assistant program
- Two plus years of experience working as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred
- Current licensure to practice psychiatric nursing in Massachusetts.
- Experience in community health care.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between sites.
