Overview
Print Mail Specialist needs 2-3 years experience
Requirements- Onsite

- Inspect overall print and mail output quality meets client and USPS specifications.
- Inspect reconciliation process of client sent piece counts and print/mail output piece counts.
- Observe print, insertion, and Custom Insert transaction processing for compliance with Quality Assurance SOPs.
- Support operational compliance with policies.
- Immediately alerting operations to QA non-compliance situations by:
- Stop non-compliant transaction processing.
- Notify shift supervision and/or operations management of non-compliant transaction processing concern.
- Cooperate with Operations to identify, assess, and recover from QA non-compliance.
- Increase QA inspection of non-compliant production to ensure recovery actions have been implemented, and until desired improvement is achieved and sustained.
