The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations at Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse in Lynnfield, MA. This full-time, on-site role involves managing staff, ensuring a superior dining experience for guests, overseeing customer service, coordinating hiring and training processes, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. The Restaurant Manager will ensure smooth operations, uphold customer satisfaction, and contribute to the success of the restaurant.
Qualifications- Strong skills and experience in Customer Service and a focus on maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
- Experience in Hiring and managing staff, including training and team leadership.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both customers and employees.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu offerings and quality standards.
- Proven ability to manage a fast-paced restaurant environment and solve problems proactively.
- Prior experience in a leadership role in the restaurant or hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
