• Assist with daily operations of Lilly Pulitzer retail store including sales, client experience, and safeguarding store assets.
• Drive sales goals by providing exceptional client experience and supporting the sales team.
• Demonstrate Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure client experience.
• Maintain accuracy in cash transaction management according to operating procedures.
• Open and close the retail store.
• Act as an elevated team member, exercising decision‑making and multitasking while prioritizing service.
• Resolve client‑related issues or escalate to store management when necessary.
• Provide continuous feedback to store management on selling opportunities and successes.
• Maintain visual and operational standards set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams.
• Safeguard the assets of the store.

• Prior supervisory experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.

This position is classified as a part‑time, hourly, non‑exempt position and is based in‑store at our Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location.

Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. It requires collaboration with others in alignment with our Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities and compliance with Lilly Pulitzer policies and a detailed Code of Conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook. The position is reviewed annually.

Pay Range: $16.91/hour – $19.91/hour (based on qualifications, geography, and wage laws). Benefits may include bonus/commission, healthcare, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and product discounts.
