Guest Engagement Assistant Store Leader

• Proven record as a successful hospitality leader in all aspects of leadership, including financial results, guest satisfaction, and employee relations
• Ability to maintain a beautiful environment using a keen eye for detail, ensuring a pleasing experience and inviting atmosphere
• Genuine desire to make a positive impact on the community and contribute to meaningful causes
• Creative and entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to react instinctively to implement revenue‑driven ideas and opportunities
• Well‑groomed and stylish appearance, reflecting personal pride and a commitment to delivering a world‑class guest experience
• Ability to work a varied schedule with a minimum of 40 hours a week, including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Minimum of 1 year retail or hospitality management experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and/or squatting; ability to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly
