As a Lovesac Sales Associate, you will create a welcoming in-store experience and help customers design Lovesac products to fit their style and space. • Actively engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
• Achieve personal sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Provide attentive service to all customers and build customer loyalty.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effectively demo, assist, and educate customers.
• Guide the customer from first interest to purchase, focusing on managing quotes, closing the sale, and maintaining relationships.
• Conduct customer outreach using company-provided tools and communication methods.
• Identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a welcoming and visually appealing store by following visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, inventory, exchanges, marketing, and promotions to company standards.
• Use company tools, sales data, and reports to prioritize tasks and support daily operations.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain standards, minimize risks, and ensure safety.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High-School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Effective use of technology for sales and customer support, including product demonstrations and CRM systems.
• Support omni-channel customer experience by assisting in-person at stores, local stores, third-party vendors, or remote shifts.

• Demonstrate judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions and customer data; effective communication and conflict management.
• Ability to move objects up to 75 pounds and assemble furniture on the selling floor; physical requirements include bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, standing, stooping, walking, crawling, and climbing.
