Overview

IT’SUGAR is looking for a fun and dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the premier “SUGARTAINER” in charge of delivering a sweet customer experience while promoting our brand.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by setting the stage, welcoming, engaging, entertaining, and thanking the customer; assisting with requests and inquiries.
• Keep sales floor clean and organized, ensuring visual standards are maintained; operate POS/register to properly cash out customers.
• Maximize store operations by merchandising displays to visual guidelines, assisting with event and promotion set‑up, maintaining store cleanliness and general maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to loss prevention policies and communicate issues with the Store Manager.
• Represent core values: positivity, playfulness, presence, and being a difference maker; display enthusiasm and cheerfulness while working collaboratively with the team.
• Achieve sales goals by following through on customer requests, suggesting additional products, and using selling skills to explain benefits, features, and prices.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No retail experience required.
• Optimistic, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability and willingness to use a POS/register and operate office equipment.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods; use hands to handle, feel, reach, and communicate.
• Able to independently lift or move up to 25 lbs; lift or move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
