Altar'd State - - Responsibilities:
Lead and support the Store Leader by directing activities to achieve store goals including guest service, sales objectives, operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation;
Plan, execute, and maintain floor sets and refreshes, including window installations;
Co-manage product replenishment and mannequin placement/design to maintain visual standards;
Maintain store atmosphere and brand aesthetic through collaboration with leadership and team;
Contribute to hiring decisions and coach associates to meet performance standards
