Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager

Soderberg Insurance Services is looking for a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team in Lynnfield, MA.

Schedule:

8:30am-5:00pm Monday - Friday

Pay Scale: $50,000- $75,000 a year depending on experience

You will work as a member of a team of experienced, talented and passionate Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Advisors that provide outstanding service to our Clients. Below are some of the responsibilities that this role will have regularly:

• Manage a book of business of existing clients
• Document information in our internal client database (TAM)
• Assist with policy changes and cancellations
• Assist with preparing quotes, and presenting quotes to clients/prospects
• Process client payments
• Follow-up on client payments
• Work directly with our Insurance carrier partners and clients

The successful candidate will be, self-motivated and be proactive in handling responsibilities. The candidate will be passionate for providing outstanding customer service both internally and externally. The successful candidate will have the following traits/experience:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience working in commercial lines specifically for an independent insurance agency
• Ability to prioritize your work everyday, and complete top priorities on-time
• Ability to learn and adapt to technology quickly
• Open to receiving regular constructive feedback relating to your performance
• Must have a very friendly, positive and upbeat personality
• A true passion for providing outstanding customer service at all times
• Strong tendency to always exceed expectations
• Significant ability to multi-task detailed and complex work
• Experience using Applied TAM would be a bonus
• The passion for growing into a leadership position
