Appointment Scheduler / BDC Position
Kelly Jeep Chrysler of Lynnfield – Position available with no automotive experience required.
ResponsibilitiesYou will schedule appointments with customers to discuss vehicle purchase and follow up via phone, e‑mail, and text messaging. Attention to detail is essential. There is no cold calling. Professional training will be provided.
Qualifications- Professional appearance, high energy and positive attitude, strong communication skills.
- Experience in hospitality, debt collection, call center, telemarketing, recruiting, customer service, mortgage, financial, or insurance industries encouraged.
Must work a combination of morning, evening and weekend shifts, including the last Sunday of each month and occasional Sundays. Average 43 hours per week; overtime after 40 hours.
Compensation and BenefitsHourly wage $15 plus bonuses. Blue Cross Blue Shield medical and dental coverage starts Day 1. 401(k) plan begins after 90 days. Great pay plan with unlimited growth potential.
