- - Responsibilities:
Engage and connect with customers and drive sales by understanding their needs and guiding them to the best options for their homes;
Close sales confidently and educate customers on in-store, online, app, and quote purchase options;
Assist walk-ins on the sales floor and in the design studio as needed;
Be an expert in store and online services including credit, financing, warranty, installation and delivery;
Participate in all operational aspects of the store including processing new products, building furniture, floor sets, replenishment, substitutions and general upkeep
