HVAC Equipment Commercial Systems Specialist

What you will do

• Pre‑Sales Support
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to assist sales strategy.
  • Leverage the regional sales team and manufacturing support resources to build a strong network of technical and business professionals.
  • Participate in all product‑related training and provide timely updates to the team regarding product and manufacturing changes.
  • Maintain commercial models, documentation, and related activities.
• Sales Enablement
  • Prepare timely, accurate and complete commercial HVAC equipment proposals.
  • Provide value‑added recommendations or value‑engineered alternatives to support sales opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate commercial data across tools such as Solution Navigator, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and dashboards to support sales management decision‑making.
• Commercial Operations Support
  • Streamline commercial workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with local operations teams to support smooth order fulfillment and on‑time delivery.
  • Maintain contract documentation, manage customer communication, and ensure proper contract setup and loading within internal systems.
  • Oversee post‑bid activities, including on‑site technical support where required.

• BS in Engineering or a related field.
• 3 years HVAC industry experience or a related technical background.
• Ability to perform regional travel.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $80,000 – $121,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
