Northeast Security is looking for Part Time Security Supervisors in Lynnfield, MA!

You must have a valid Massachusetts Driver's License for three years or more plus a clean driving record.

Shifts Open:
Saturday and Sunday, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm $20.75 per hour

Friday and Sunday, 11:00 pm – 7:00 am $22.25 per hour

This is a Shift Supervisor Position.

• Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of security experience.
• Applicants must also be able to provide 5 years of previous work history or be able to explain gaps.
• Applicants must also be able to provide 10 years of housing history.
• Applicants are required to complete additional drug screening.

Security Supervisor Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supervise staff of Security Officers, ensuring Officers stay on task, are in full uniform, and provide excellent customer service.
• Patrol and monitor multiple premises to detect irregularities, including suspicious behavior or security breaches.
• Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
• Communicate with local law enforcement units and fire departments as necessary.
• Operate a mobile unit to monitor exterior premises.
• Conduct foot patrols of the premises.
• Write detailed reports on incidents that occurred on the premises daily.
• Maintain proper use, completion, and submission of all forms associated with patrol activities and/or duties.
• Respond to incidents regarding security and safety concerns.
• Conduct unarmed foot patrols (interior and/or exterior).
• Respond to requests for assistance and evaluate appropriate courses of action.
• Comply with all requirements/directives within the on-site operations manual/post orders.
• Assume other duties as required by either Client or Northeast Security, Inc.

Security Supervisor Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience preferred.
• Previous Customer Service experience or related field/education.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Dependable means of transportation.
• Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems is preferred.

High School Diploma

This is a Part‑Time position – 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift.
