Johnson Controls - - Responsibilities:
Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve facility inefficiencies and resolve service-related items;
Provide recommendations and solutions at the time of commissioning and aftermarket service;
Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions;
Able to write and communicate to the customer problem, cause, and corrective actions;
Travel 10% to 20% to support Branch Customers startup and commissioning activities as well as aftermarket service trouble shooting
