Import Coordinaator

AIRSCHOTT, a Janel Group company, is seeking an Import Coordinator to join our team!

• Coordinate inbound shipments with clients, overseas agents, carriers, customs and various regulating government agencies including FDA, ATF, DDTC, etc.
• Track shipments from departure through to final delivery and maintain accurate records in the internal systems
• Proactively resolve documentary, regulatory and transportation issues with a strong customer-focused approach
• Communicate shipment status, updates, delays, and ETAs to customers to ensure full visibility and satisfaction
• Create and monitor exception reports in a timely and consistent manner
• Collect required documentation, verify charges, and ensure billing accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and import regulations

• Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, preferred
• 3+ years relevant customs brokerage, international and domestic transportation experience required
• Cargowise software experience, preferred
