We are seeking a Junior Construction Bookkeeper to manage financial records, support payroll, and ensure all accounts are accurate and up-to-date. You will work directly with our U.S.

-based team, helping maintain organized financial processes for all projects.

• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records for multiple projects.
• Enter, review, and reconcile transactions in Quick Books Online or similar accounting software.
• Process weekly payroll entries and ensure accurate job costing.
• Prepare and maintain organized financial records for internal and project use.
• Assist in month-end reporting, job costing, and certified payroll documentation.
• Communicate clearly with team members regarding discrepancies or missing information.
• Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to process improvements.

• Minimum 2-3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Quick Books Online preferred.
• Experience with construction accounting or job costing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Reliable internet connection and office workspace.
• Positive, proactive attitude and commitment to accuracy.
