Responsibilities- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the team and/or other assigned leadership staff.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting communications (phone, email, text, letters), billing/invoicing.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of the team, reviews contents and determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate teammates.
- Retrieves information as requested from records, emails, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Support in event setup for smaller department events and larger company-wide events.
- Be an active member of the Ventures team helping with coordination, communication, and knowledge sharing.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of experience supporting a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness
- Strong interpersonal and effective oral and written communication skills
- A desire to collaborate - You understand that work is easier (and more fun) with teamwork.
- Tech Savvy, strong proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Ability to take on a wide variety of challenges and provide creative solutions
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with ambiguity and discretion
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in collaborating across company departments
- Occasional weekend or evening work may be required to address emergencies.
- Have a high school diploma, with a preference for a four-year degree
- Experience in administrative or property management roles
