The Quoting Specialist assists the Centralized Quoting Manager in assessing and pricing of commercial, industrial, and institutional flat roofing projects. You will review and analyze plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare cost estimates for construction projects (flat roofs).

• Prepare quotes accurately and timely for the sales team by gathering required information (proposals, specifications, drawings, and other related documents)
• Maintain accurate historical data on quoted projects in ERP (Divalto) and CRM (Salesforce) system to ensure pricing consistency
• Track key upcoming projects and prioritize time and support accordingly
• Update the project list and check progress on a bi‑weekly basis
• Utilize Construct Connect and other database software for project discovery and quoting opportunities
• Ensure quoted projects are entered in CRM (Salesforce) for the sales team to follow up on the leads
• Ensure quotes are provided within deadlines determined by key stakeholders (customers, architects, consultants, and the sales team)
• Work closely and maintain good relationships with sales team and customers

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent proficiency with Excel
• Excellent mathematical, analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Excel at operating in a fast pace, community environment and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of different roofing assemblies:
  Single‑ply, BUR, and Mod‑bit and Building Envelope assemblies
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while exercising sound judgement
