Location:

Lynwood, WA | Pay: $80,000–$110,000 Base DOE + Performance-Based Commission |

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | Full-Time

• Manage residential and commercial restoration construction projects from initial scope through final completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and material deliveries to keep projects on schedule
• Develop and maintain project schedules while ensuring deadlines are met
• Review estimates and work closely with estimators on change orders and project supplements
• Monitor project budgets and maintain target profit margins
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies
• Maintain high standards for jobsite quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Resolve project challenges and customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Oversee punch lists, final inspections, and project closeout documentation

• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience managing residential and/or commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of construction methods, permitting, and building codes
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while balancing schedules and budgets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing subcontractors
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Ability to maintain project profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between project sites

• Restoration or insurance reconstruction experience
• Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating software
• Knowledge of water, fire, or mold restoration projects
• Experience working directly with insurance carriers and adjusters
