Reporting to the Estimating Manager for Aecon’s Civil US Projects division,theLead Estimator
- Structure swill be involved in bidding exciting, $100M+ heavy civil infrastructure projects inthe United States. This position will be based at ourKent, Washingtonofficeand will work as part of a larger team to deliver estimates of one or more bid tenders at one time. The successful applicant will have a comprehensive understanding of civil construction with a strong emphasis on bridge structures, including bridge construction, concrete structures, earthworks, highways, and related heavy civil infrastructure projects, as an estimator or project engineer.

Candidates who wish to spenda period oftimeinestimating with the intention of following the project out to the field are welcome to apply. Candidates who have spent significant timein the civil construction field with minor estimating experience, weare also welcome to apply.

• Responsible for accuracy of bid cost to actual cost of work performed.
